🎥 YouTube Channel Consulting – Terms & Conditions By purchasing YouTube Channel Consulting services from Live in da Dream, the client agrees to the following terms. All bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received. This service includes a 60-minute online consultation focused on YouTube channel review, content strategy, audience growth, and actionable feedback. Service Scope This service includes verbal and strategic feedback based on the client’s YouTube channel and selected videos. Prior to the session, the creator may review channel content to provide informed guidance. The session includes analysis of content direction, strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations for improvement. This service does not include video editing, content creation, thumbnail design, channel management, or ongoing support unless separately purchased. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing a valid YouTube channel link prior to the consultation. Failure to provide access or relevant materials may limit the effectiveness of the session but does not qualify for a refund. The value of the service depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund. No-shows are non-refundable. Refund Policy Refunds are only available if cancellation occurs before the session begins. Once the consultation has started, all payments are final. Digital services and completed consultations are non-refundable. Exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Live in da Dream. Delivery & Timing All consultations are delivered live at the scheduled time. Late arrival may reduce session length. If the client is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered forfeited. Right to Refuse Service Live in da Dream reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for inappropriate behavior, harassment, illegal content, or any request outside professional scope or ethical standards.
