Every project requires starting with a consultation to discuss goals, style, timeline, and editing requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Video Editing - Terms and Conditions By purchasing Video Editing services from Live in da Dream, the client agrees to the following terms. All services are confirmed only after payment is received in full. Each project is based on the selected editing option and agreed scope discussed during booking or consultation. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule their video editing consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund due to time being reserved. Once editing work has begun on a project, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund. Refund Policy Refunds are available only if the cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. Once footage has been reviewed, editing has started, or any project work has begun, all payments are non-refundable. Digital deliverables are non-refundable once completed and delivered. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing all raw footage, project details, creative direction, and any necessary materials before editing begins. Missing or incomplete files may delay the project timeline. The quality of the final video depends on the quality of the provided source material. Service Scope Each video editing package includes only the services listed in the selected option. This may include basic cuts, pacing, transitions, audio adjustments, and formatting based on the agreed project scope. Any additional requests outside of the original scope may require additional payment or a separate booking. Revisions Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions based on the selected package. Revisions are limited to minor adjustments such as timing changes, small cuts, or corrections. Major changes, rewrites of structure, or complete re-edits may be subject to additional charges. Delivery Estimated delivery times will be discussed during the consultation and depend on the project's complexity and footage length. Delays caused by missing files, unclear instructions, or additional revision requests may extend delivery timelines. Right to Refuse Service Live in da Dream reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any project involving inappropriate content, harassment, illegal material, or requests that fall outside the agreed scope of work.
