Cancellation Policy

General Terms By purchasing a Manuscript Review service from Live in da Dream, the client agrees to the following terms. All services are confirmed only after full payment has been received. Each review is based on the selected package (Short, Medium, or Long Manuscript Review) and the word limit associated with that tier. Manuscript Review services include professional evaluation of a client's writing with feedback on structure, pacing, clarity, organization, character development (if applicable), strengths, and areas of improvement. This service is intended for authors seeking professional editorial insight before revision or publication. Manuscript Submission Clients are required to submit their full manuscript or designation portion prior to the review period beginning. The manuscript must not exceed the word limit of a selected package. Submissions exceeding the agreed limit may require upgrading to a higher tier or additional payment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule their consultation portion of the Manuscript Review service up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund due to time being reserved specifically for the client. Once manuscript reading and review work has begun, the service is considered in progress and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. Refund Policy Refunds are available only for cancellations made before any manuscript review work has started. Once reading, analysis, or feedback preparation has begun, all payments are non-refundable. Digital services and completed feedback are non-refundable once delivered. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case by case basis at the discretion of Live in da Dream. Scope of Service Each Manuscript Review includes in-depth written feedback and a live consultation based on the selected package. Feedback is limited to the manuscript provided at the time of the submission. Requests for additional manuscripts, rewritten sections, or expanded review beyond the original scope may require additional payment or a new booking. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for submitting a complete and final manuscript version for review. Live in da Dream is not responsible for mission sections, incomplete drafts, or incorrect submissions. The quality and usefulness of feedback depends on the completeness and clarity of the material provided.
