Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve moderation services. Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received. Moderation services are provided for the duration selected during booking. Service Scope Livestream moderation includes monitoring chat activity, removing spam or inappropriate content, enforcing community guidelines, assisting with audience engagement, and helping maintain a positive viewing experience. The client is responsible for providing any platform access, moderation permissions, community guidelines, or special instructions necessary to perform the service. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may not be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for missed bookings or no-shows. Refunds Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking. Once moderation services have begun, refunds will not be issued for unused time, early stream endings, or changes made during the event. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for ensuring moderation access is granted prior to the livestream and for communicating any rules, expectations, or concerns before the even begins. Failure to provide necessary access may limit the ability to perform moderation services and does not guarantee a refund. Professional Conduct Moderation services will be provided in a professional manner consistent with the client's stated community guidelines. The service provided reserves the right to decline or terminate services involving harassment, illegal activity, hate speech, or content that violates platform policies. Limitation of Responsibility While reasonable efforts will be made to moderate chat activity and maintain a positive community environment, no moderation service can guarantee the prevention of all spam, disruptive behavior, or policy violations during a livestream.
